LAMDA Drama.

Our Drama for Performance Classes across Yorkshire are for students who would like to gain formal qualifications in speech and drama from the national awarding body 'LAMDA', or would like to enter competitive festivals throughout the year, such as the Mrs Sunderland Festival (Huddersfield), the Robertshaw Festival (Bingley) and the Wharfedale Festival (Ilkley).

All performance opportunities are assessed by adjudicators, who offer students valuable and specific feedback to enable them to improve and develop as they move forward.

LAMDA examinations, are extremely prestigious and will instantly enhance a CV, demonstrating a candidate has a clear audible voice and is not afraid to express themselves verbally, with good clarity and diction. Certain grades of LAMDA examination, offer students UCAS tariff points, which are extremely valuable when applying to colleges and universities.

Our students have been very successful in LAMDA examinations and have a 100% pass rate, with over 90% of our students passing with distinction. Our students are regularly awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in regional festivals for outstanding performances; with students aged as young as 4 and as old as 21, taking 1st places.
