Matilda Firth (9) has only just arrived back in England from shooting a major movie for Universal and Blumhouse, and she’s already booked her next job! This one will see her on a quick trip to Germany for Series 2 of Nine Perfect Strangers starring Nicole Kidman and a whole host of incredible stars!

We can’t tell you how proud of Matilda we are for her shoot in New Zealand, where she worked incredibly hard in her lead role. There are two films coming out later this year that she filmed for – the horror film Starve Acre, in which she plays the Younger Burnsall sister (alongside fellow Articulate kids Daisy Exley and Rocco Haynes), and the thriller Subservience, in which she plays cast role Isla Peretti. 

Nine Perfect Strangers is an American drama made by Hulu – the second series will star Murray Bartlett, Annie Murphy, Christine Baranski and more, with Nicole Kidman returning as her mysterious lead character Masha. We can’t wait to see Matilda in this series, where she’ll be playing a younger version of one of the main cast.
