Articulate actors Matilda Firth (7), Billy Hickey (13) and Lowell Jackson (6) all landed cast roles in Sky’s comedy drama Christmas Carole, and spent time filming in London earlier this year.

Suranne Jones stars in this bold reimagining of Charles Dickens’s classic story A Christmas Carol, with a modern twist. Christmas Carole features the Gentleman Jack star as a wealthy entrepreneur with a thriving online business, who is visited by three ghosts in the night who urge her to change her cruel and selfish ways. In a novel twist, these spirits of Christmas past, present and future are represented by major personalities from British television, who hope to show her the true spirit of the season.

We’re so pleased that our kids have had the pleasure of working with Suranne Jones. We have had many kids on Gentleman Jack, in both cast and supporting roles, and Jones is an amazing actress for them to learn from. Matilda, Billy and Lowell have made us so proud – they all smashed their self-tapes and had lots of fun filming.

Christmas Carole will air on Sky on Sunday 19th December.
